Training methodology |
|
One of the most challenging
issues for us is to align training or consultation requirements,
as set out by your company with what is needed by the
participant, this often only becomes clear in training
room when involved in role-play or simulations |
|
Our approach is therefore
to make programmes flexible; content may change to meet
needs and are adapted as may be necessary by the trainer/consultant |
|
A 2Cinternational workshop
or consultation is a memorable experience. It is intensive,
absorbing and fun. Mostly clients come back and say that
they want more or recommend us to others |
|
We care passionately about
our participants and our clients, we want them to take
away as much as they can, feel and be successful |
Then
we can too |
 |
Technical terms |
We
are often asked about the technical side of our workshops,
some questions are answered in FAQs,
others are shown here |
|
Terms which are often in
use include cross-cultural, inter-cultural, trans-cultural,
international leadership, global leadership, global competences,
multi-cultural teams, inter-cultural effectiveness, international
effectiveness, cross-cultural communication, cross-cultural
awareness, cross-cultural dimensions, cross-cultural management,
virtual and remote team management, cultural sensitivity
and many more |
|
In our experience, these
are required knowledge for our team as part of their training
but less relevant in terms of using them within the training
room ! |
 |
Our
job is to define exactly what the problem is, assess what
is required, recommend a solution and work with you to
achieve it, the terms are not so important, though If
the terminology, background or texts interest you we are
naturally happy to explain |
