Adrianos is Greek and an organisational psychologist
specialising in training and personnel. His practice centres
on team and organisational development, management issues
in complex settings, training policy assessment and design,
communication and communication strategies, recruitment
selection; design of social and educational research for
minority groups in Greece. |

Cant has worked in Russia for his entire career,
starting in the late 1980s as the USSR representative
of a USA trading company. Now based in UK, he rose to
the position of CIS Director and ran their Russian office
through some of the most turbulent times in Russia's recent
past. This work embraced various sectors in the company
including their consumer goods division oil and gas pipeline
refurbishment activity, having overall responsibility
for all divisions |

O'Connor is Irish and a senior training consultant
with over twenty five years of experience in helping professionals
to work more effectively across cultures. In his everyday
work he is committed to bringing practical solutions to
the complexity of intercultural challenges which business
and professional people meet in their working lives. He
has for many years run workshops for peer professionals
at international conferences. |

Jeremy
Solomons provides customised coaching, facilitation
and training in Alliances & Partnering, Career Development,
Conflict Resolution, Diversity & Inclusion (both Global
and Domestic), Global Leadership, Globalising Organizations,
Interactive Presentations, International Meetings, Multicultural
Teambuilding and Strategic Planning to current and future
leaders around the world from his base in Austin, Texas.
He was was born and raised in the UK and he has lived
and worked full-time for six multinational organizations
in eight countries |

Thomas is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator

companies where working with the Chinese and Japanese. |

graduate of Cambridge University with a post-grad teaching
qualification from the University of Birmingham and master's
degrees in modern Chinese and Japanese history from SOAS
and in education from the University of Wales |

Herrera is Mexican and one of the hard working

and working both from her home base and formerly in London,
she is a researcher and administor for the company |

Jeremy
Levy has a combined hons degree in computing and
graphic design from Middlesex University. He has worked
with 2Ci for a number of years and is largely responsible
for the production of all literature, presentations, workbooks
etc as well as the design and implementation of the 2Cinternational
website. Jeremy is also an established and widely praised,
internet based singer-songwriter |

Mojdeh
Madadi is Iranian and
has worked for multinational corporations in Iran, Dubai
and the UK, more recently being involved with both
the NGO sector and the UK Home Office on a project
for integration of refugees.
Currently studying for her MA in Intercultural Communication,
she is responsible for business development and country
research. |
